La Sirena, a hotel for the passionate!

[our tradition is 39 years, 1 months and 5 days long ...]

Welcome to Panarea, the Aeolian Islands!
Hotel La Sirena at Panarea cordially and eagerly invites you to experience our rooms and restaurant for an unforgettable island vacation.
Trust our 35 years of traditional Sicilian hospitality, passed down from mother to daughters… that, in brief, is the story of our hotel: simple and intense as the sky and sea of Panarea. It all started in the beginning of the ‘70s, with Nino, a skilled fisherman, Maria, an excellent cook, and an idea.
As Panarea became popular with the tourists, Nino and Maria decided to start a business: rooms and a restaurant in the Drauth quarter. A wonderful area with access to the sea, Drauth is quieter and more secluded than the port of Panarea, with its continuous comings and goings. The hotel is now in the experienced hands of two of Nino and Maria’s five daughters. They manage the rooms and restaurant according to the traditional values of the Aeolian Islands.
The rooms are surrounded by vegetation and the view from the hotel terrace is that of the blue sea, on which the heavenly outlines of Vulcano and Lipari seem to float. And during the clear days of the off-season, don’t miss seeing the wonderful peak of Mount Etna covered in snow! Just a few paces from the rooms of our hotel, you will find the small, charming bay of Drauth.
If you get up early enough, you can see old Nino arriving at dawn with his boat full of fish…or, in keeping with a more typical vacation lifestyle, you can enjoy a splendid and intimate day at the beach. Rooms, restaurant and bar: Open between Easter and October, Hotel La Sirena is the ideal place in Panarea for tourists who want to spend a relaxing vacation.
It is also loved by those who have been coming to Panarea for years and want to eat fresh fish at the hotel restaurant or for those who can’t resist the temptation to stop at La Sirena, on the way to the beach, for a tasty Aeolian cannolo with ricotta cheese...
